The Crystal Ballroom Columbus offers the opportunity to learn a variety of styles of dance as well as to connect with the music, the people, and the entire dance community through private lessons, group classes, parties & events.
Schedule an Intro Lesson
This is a one-time, 45 minute consultation and introductory Private Lesson. If you are new to dancing, or new to The Crystal Ballroom we suggest you start with this lesson. You will learn about our studio, and be guided through our programs & offerings. A Certified Instructor will spend a few minutes talking with you about your goals, show you around the studio, then start you dancing!
Private lessons are an opportunity for you to work one-on-one with a Professional Dance Instructor, who can help you plan out your dancing journey based on your interests, budget, goals, and ability! Be guided in a personalized step-by-step program to achieve comfort on the dance floor, the ability to dance with others, perform or even compete! Singles book with a Dance Instructor as their partner, couples book as each others partner aong side a Dance Instructor.
Crystal Ballroom Columbus has a YouTube channel! We have posted quite a few online lessons on to our YouTube channel that cover a wide range of the ballroom dancing styles you can learn here at the Dance Center. Get a feel for what a lesson will be like or practice at home! Make sure to Subscribe while you are there to catch more videos as we post them.

At our parties & events, The Crystal Ballroom Team is there to help, dance with guests, and answer any questions you may have. Our DJ also announces the dances so you know which dance it is from the beginning of the song.
Anyone from the absolute beginner to the most experience dancer can take dance fitness. No matter what your gender, sexuality, body type, age, or previous dance experience, you will fit into any of our classes.
