Halloween Decorating, Holiday Formation Starts THIS WEEK!

Hello everyone!

Thanks to everyone who came out for our Sweetest Day Date Night! This is our first time doing a 2 hour event and we were excited to include 7 couples in the dance class, snacks, printed photo, and over an hour of dancing!  We had everyone from first time dancers to former dance instructors enjoy the evening together with smiles and movement!  Our next Date Night Event will be February 12th for Valentine's Day!

Halloween Decorating Party

Sunday October 25th - 1pm-4pm

Volunteer to come spookify the ballroom with The Crystal Ballroom & Buckeye Bop Club!  Whether your mechanically inclined or have a knack for decorating, this is a great way to be part of the community!  This is the day we put together all of our fun friendly animatronics, and get the halloween vibe started for the weekend parties!  We appreciate all your help and ask that you RSVP so we can get enough Pizza, Sloppy Joes and Pumpkin Rolls for everyone!  Feel free to also bring your own pumpkin and carving tools to participate in the Pumpkin Carving! :)  SIGN UP HERE

My favorite event of the year is coming up!  On December 6th (starting at 2pm) will be our Candy Cane and Coal: Fun Match & Showcase!  Everyone is welcome and encouraged to sign up for dances and receive a prize!!  Talk to one of our instructors to sign up to dance!  Think of this as the Dave & Busters of Ballroom, prizes for every entry, fun for all, and even an opportunity to learn a Solo Dance and perform!  We (of course) have our favorite photographer Tom Wehrung coming to capture the afternoon and look forward to sharing this event with the Columbus Dance Community! Let your friends know everyone is welcome to come watch & participate!

Congrats to Vera Grace Events for a great Salsa/Bachata party after our event on Saturday.  There were over 100 dancers from all over Ohio enjoying a great Salsa/Bachata DJs, a Food Truck and even performances.  Look out for more Latin events happening at The Crystal Ballroom!

This Friday is our VIP Party, a special party for private lesson students to practice, build community, and hang out!  Then, join us Saturday for two levels of Mambo Classes before our Wonderful Saturday Night Ballroom Party!!!

Let's all connect through dance at The Crystal Ballroom Dance Center!
