January Opportunities! New Memberships in Effect!

Hello everyone & Happy New Year!

David and I are very excited about 2026, last year had its ups and downs for us, personally and professionally, and we are now ready to hit the ground running to make this our best year yet!  

First of all, thank you to David and his mom for spending a few days over the break to thoroughly clean the studio top to bottom.  You may notice the chandeliers sparkling a little brighter and less dust bunnies greeting you around the floor!

Secondly, we are making a difference in our own lives this year by prioritizing health and fitness.  It's a new year, so let's increase our energy, stamina, and strength by taking care of our bodies!  Dance is a great movement option for many of you, so instead of spending your money on a gym membership, think about getting an Unlimited Crystal Membership, you could be here at the studio moving and grooving 6-7 days a week!!

Thirdly, we have some great goals coming up for those who are looking to increase their confidence in dancing!  The competition team will be beginning the end of January to prepare for Ballroom Beach Bash Dance Competition in San Diego CA in April!  Get ready to enjoy a vacation, dance competition, community building trip you'll never forget!  Then we'll start casting for our Spring Showcase!!

Here's the schedule for New Year's Eve (December 31st)

12-8pm - Professional Hair Appointments with Shavon! Reserve today to get your appointment for the perfect Enchanted Evening Hairstyle.  For those of you who don't know, Shavon has been a beautician and professional hair stylist for years!  She is giving those of you attending the event a special price of $55 for an hour long appointment to create your perfect hairstyle for the event (including some pretty floral accessories)

8:30pm - Professional Keepsake Photos by Tom Wehrung - Get photos taken as you arrive at the dance by Tom Wehrung.  1 Digital Keepsake photo is included for every attendee! (he'll have more options available on the website!)

9:00pm - The event officially begins with over 3 hours of dancing, hors d'oeuvres, desserts, a few performances (and access to watch the OSU Game)

Midnight  - Enjoy a champagne toast to celebrate the beginning of 2026!

Feel free to dress in theme, green, pink, floral patterns, or enchanted outfits are a fun way to join in!

Tickets are available online HERE or you can call/text 614-881-4500.  Tickets are currently at the regular price of $75 ($59 for Members) and will go up the day of to $90 per ticket.

2026 Memberships!

We went ahead and cancelled any recurring memberships on the old system, therefore if you are still planning to attend regularly in 2026, be sure to sign up for the recurring membership of your choice!  You can do anything from Private Lesson Memberships which include all the medal classes as well as all regular group classes & parties!  to the Medal Series Memberships, to the Unlimited Crystal Membership, to the Party PLUS+ Pass, and even the Party Pass.  

If you aren't sure which one to choose, set up a time to do a "Goal Setting Meeting" with me and I can clearly explain the pros and cons as well as help you choose what will fit in your schedule and budget!

Here's a breakdown of our Memberships!

Your Desire: Learn as quickly as possible, focusing on your dancing, goals, and dances

Best Membership:  Private Lesson Packages - $475-$1,254/Month

You can always start with the $39 Introductory Private Lesson, but our Monthly Lesson Packages are great because they include 1, 2, or 3 Private Lessons/ week plus the Medal Classes and our Unlimited Membership, a Monthly VIP Party and give you the quickest start into confidently dancing!

Your Desire: Continually learn and be among a class of determined dancers

Best Membership:  Medal Series Classes - $99/1, $149/2, $179/3

These classes are a 4 week series starting in level I and include your test out at the end in order to attend the next level class for that particular dance (ie.  Pass Cha Cha I to attend Cha Cha II).  (this membership also includes the Unlimited Crystal Membership)

Your Desire:  Come to parties and group classes

Best Membership: Unlimited Crystal Membership - $84/Month!

This membership includes all of our regular parties and group classes, you could be in the studio almost every day and hold a special place in our community!

Your Desire: Come to the Parties and the preceding Group Classes

Best Membership: Party Plus+ Pass - $65/Month

This membership includes all of our regular social parties for the month (including first Friday West Coast), and the group classes directly before them!

Your Desire:  Come to Social Parties

Best Membership:  Party Pass - $50/Month

This membership includes all our regular social parties, including the first Friday West Coast Swing plus all regular Saturday Parties for $50.

Your Desire: Come to a single 4 week class series

Best Membership:  Single Class Pass - $50

This membership can be used to attend any of our 4 class series group classes.

Gift Certificates are personalized and either printed or emailed to you!

BTW, I will be talking more about this, but I wanted to let you all know that Edie (our line dance instructor) has just begun a new class with us.  This is a Dance for Parkinsons class.  Edie has taken a certification course in order to learn how to teach dance to those with Parkinsons in a way that helps delay the onset of symptoms!  Check out details HERE!!!

This week is New Years Eve, so the studio will not be offering many of our group classes, regular schedule resumes Friday!  Join us Wednssday for New Year's Eve.  This Friday is West Coast Swing, and Saturday is our weekly ballroom party!
