This is the week to secure your tickets to our annual fundraising event!
Dancing with Our Columbus Stars, presented by The Byron Saunders Foundation, is happening Friday, August 14, 2026—and this year’s theme is Dancing Through the Decades!
The Crystal Ballroom will be well represented with Fergie dancing a ’60s Cha Cha with Leslie, and me dancing a ’90s Hip Hop/WCS/Hustle with Canon!
The Byron Saunders Foundation provides Thanksgiving meal boxes to more than 6,000 Central Ohio families each year, made possible by your generosity! As a studio we have proudly supported this event for seven years, and love attending together as a group. You get to enjoy a sit down dinner, show, silent auction, cash bar, and some dancing with our group!
Tickets are $120 per person. Purchase HERE this week to sit with your Crystal Ballroom family and cheer us on!
(btw, only 10 tables remain before the event is sold out, so purchase your tickets now to help us reserve another table—or two!)
Donate food: Bring canned goods and nonperishable items to the studio and place them in our donation boxes, although these won't count as votes towards winning, they will help feed families during Thanksgiving!
Vote for your favorites: Every $1 equals one vote, and $50 provides a Thanksgiving meal for one family.

Do you have ballroom shoes, dresses, practice wear, jewelry or accessories sitting in your closet that deserve to be danced in again? Well, this is your chance, tell all your friends, bring all your items, and set up shop from 5pm-8pm on Saturday! You can start setting up around 3pm, we'll provide tables, you provide items, clear pricing and a way to pay you (or just swap with others)! Let's clear space in our closets by helping our dance friends save money.

Ballroom Dance Swapmeet
Time to clear out the dancewear and shoes you don't use!
This Saturday July 25th bring along all of the dance clothes and shoes you no longer wear to swap with, sell to, or give to others. Gentlemen, this includes you! So far we have both mens and womens clothes and shoes as well as dancewear, and competition wear planned! Setup is from 3:30pm-5pm, SwapMeet is from 5pm-8pm, Enjoy a social ballroom dance afterwards for only $20!
Summer Out on the Town at Worthington Square!
August 9th 7pm - social dancing outdoors!
Conspiracy Band is one of the most in-demand dance bands in Columbus and we have the pleasure of having them in Worthington on Sunday the 9th of August. Wear blue to represent The Crystal Ballroom, put on your outdoor dancing shoes and join us to dance the night away! :) Pre-Register HERE to stay in the loop with messages :)

Both Fergie and I have the chance to choreography, perform, and raise money for a great cause this year for the Byron Saunders Foundation Fundraiser! Purchase your tickets HERE to sit at The Crystal Ballroom Tables at this event! This organization is fantastic since all of the profit goes directly to feeding families in the Columbus area! We will be planning another opportunity to volunteer and pack boxes as well this year!
Silver Cha Cha I
Starting in November we will begin Silver Medal Classes!
Get ready to experience advanced group classes at The Crystal Ballroom! Start thinking now about what private instruction you may need to support this new information and movement! You must Pass the PreRequisite Tests to Qualify for Silver Medal Classes at The Crystal Ballroom! (Dance Vision Student Achievement Awards Qualify as well as a Pre-Req Test in Bronze Levels I-IV)
This week join us for group classes all week long, private lessons around your schedule, Friday VIPs will get to dance the night away, then Saturday enjoy 2 levels of Viennese Waltz before our Wonderful Saturday Night Ballroom Party!!!
