Hello everyone!

Thanks to everyone that filled out the CBC Formation Survey! Our Spice Girls/BackStreet Boys Group Social Formation is scheduled to begin on July 15th at 7:45pm! I am so excited to create this routine with you all!  Get ready CBC, you won't know what hit you!  All levels are welcome to join this routine, we'll have 10 classes to get comfortable with it and then on August 20th we'll head to CBC to show off our awesome studio!  If you haven't confirmed that you are going to be part of this yet, please let me know ASAP so I can keep you in the loop on the group messages!

Here are the details for the International West Coast Swing Rally!

This West Coast Swing Flash Mob is performed all over the world on the first Saturday in September each year. If you'd like to be part of it, please let me know so I can keep you in the loop with the Columbus schedule and performance opportunities.

The Crystal Ballroom offers classes each year to help everyone learn the routine and prepare for the performances. This year, you have two practice options:

• Wednesdays at 6:15pm starting July 8th
• Thursdays at 6:15pm starting July 9th (5:30 pm on 2 days)

(Or attend both for extra practice!)

If you're learning the routine on your own and would just like to join us for practice from time to time, that's an option too.

Independence Day Potluck - Sign up Today!

On the 4th of July join us for home grilled food, patriotic outfits, socializing, and a great time! Sign up today (list on the bulletin board near the snack bar) so we purchase enough hot dogs & hamburgers and know what you'll be bringing!  Remember there is a prize for best dish and a prize for most patriotic outfit! :)

Thanks to everyone who came out to Westerville for our first Out on the Town Event!! We had a blast and are looking forward to the Westerville Community & Arts Festival  (Heritage Stage) Sunday July 12th at Noon!

Also, Congratulations to those who chose to test with Lisa Vegas and receive their official Dance Vision Student Achievement Awards!! We'll be giving you another opportunity in the fall to test out of the Dance Vision syllabus!

Jitterbug is a fun dance that is primarily single time swing and fits many of the great rock and big band classics! Get started and explore the fun with Fergie for the next 4 weeks!

Independence Day Potluck

This year our Independence Day Potluck is ON the 4th of July.  Join us from 5pm-9pm and bring along a dish to share!  There will be a contest for the best dish and for the most patriotic outfit!  Let's have a great time dancing, eating, and sharing the Holiday!

Ballroom Dance Swapmeet

Time to clear out the dancewear and shoes you don't use!

On Saturday July 25th bring along all of the dance clothes and shoes you no longer wear to swap with, sell to, or give to others.  Gentlemen, this includes you!  So far we have both mens and womens clothes and shoes as well as dancewear, and competition wear!

This week join us for group classes all week long, private lessons around your schedule, VIP Party for our Private Lesson Students Friday, then Saturday evening's awesome weekly ballroom dance party, preceded by Foxtrot Group Classes (in 2 levels)!
