VIP Dance Party, Paso Doble Class

Hello everyone!

It has been such a cool experience being part of the Columbus Fury this season!  The Crystal Ballroom was given the opportunity in the fall to partner with the Columbus Fury by choreographing for the Mopsters for the 2026 Season!  Not only have I had a blast creating fun energetic choreography for these 6 gentlemen, but I also have become a fan of our Professional Women's Volleyball Team as David and I had the opportunity to attend most of the games as sponsors!

Speaking of attending games, thanks to those who entered the raffle for tickets to the last few games!

There are 3 Fury games left if you want to enjoy watching great athletes putting their skills on the floor!  Sunday April 19th, Sunday April 26th, and Sunday May 3rd.

Midwestie Besties Grand Opening was last week!  This week be sure to invite a friend!  If you invite someone new to the club you get in free!  It's only $12 for your friend to experience a beginner friendly West Coast Swing Group Class and then a 1 hour social where you get to practice what you learned and hang out with the rest of the cool kids :)

Paso Doble 4-All Group Class

7:45pm Tonight (Mondays for 4 weeks)

If you've seen Paso Doble and always wondered what that exciting passionate dance is about, this class is to teach some basic movements and get the feel for Paso Doble!

Exclusive VIP Dance Party

This Friday at 7pm - Exclusively for our Private Lesson Students

This party is the best way for you as someone learning to dance to practice with others (as well as instructors), be part of the community, and share food with others.

Dance Forward: Community Benefit on Friday April 24th!!

7pm Dance Benefit (all proceeds will go to helping those in the dance community who have fallen on hard times)

David, Rhys, and I have been discussing how to best support those in our community, and have come to the conclusion that we will be starting a Non-Profit to raise funds that can be used to help those who have fallen on hard times, whether it is help with bills, or resources, as we are creating and getting the non-profit finalized we are holding a dance on Friday the 24th to begin making a difference for those who are struggling right now.

What you can do...

1. Mark your calendar to come dancing on the 24th with Dance Forward!

2. Donate any items that could make raffle baskets for this event or future events (movie night, self care, sports, etc)

3. Share any ideas you may have as we work out the parameters and processes for this nonprofit.

This week join us for group classes all week long, private lessons around your schedule, then Saturday evening's awesome weekly ballroom dance party, preceded by Viennese Waltz Group Classes (in 2 levels)!
