Spencer Cappel

Spencer joined the Crystal Ballroom Team in May 2025. He came on board with nearly a decade of hospitality experience and has been putting it to good use ever since. His passions have been staying active, and connecting with others; So naturally it was only a matter of time before he made the decision to dive deep into the world of ballroom dance, where it's the best of both worlds! When he's not in a lesson teaching you're likely to find him in the studio working on his Dance Vision certifications. He's looking forward to the journey of mastery in both the Rhythm and Smooth and aims to achieve them along with his coworkers. To unwind after a long day of dance, he prefers to spend his time reading, or going on dates with his partner.
